Power Rake Dethatcher
​

Main use is to remove thatch buried under the lawn. Thatch can be beneficial, but if uncontrolled it will grow causing grass roots to spread into the thatch rather than the soil.

Spin Drive
​

50' Manual Drain Auger 1/2" line. Used to clear drains of obstructions that are too far down and/or too dense to be cleared by other means.

Mini-Rooter
​

50' Powered Drain Auger for 1 1/4" through 4" lines. Used to clear drains of obstructions that are too far down and/or too dense to be cleared by other means.

Tile Saw
​

An electric Tile Saw is used to cut tile, stone, ceramic, slate, granite, marble, porcelain and lapidary products safely, without breaking, using water, a diamond tipped blade and slow cuts to perform the job. Does not cut plastic or metal.

Pressure Washer
​

Main use is to clean surfaces such as driveways, cement patios, sidewalks, housing panels, and many others with high-pressure water (and detergent if desired).

Mini Tiller/Cultivator
​

Main use is to penetrate the ground with its tines. Can be used for mixing soils or to open the soil and leave a small trail in the soil for seeds.

Aerator
​

An Aerator is used to open little pockets in the ground allowing the soil to breathe more freely. Aeration also allows more water into the ground to help grass grow greener.

Lawn Roller
​

Main use is to flatten a lawn/landscape area quickly, and efficiently.
